Addressing Small and Medium Business Needs in the Fiber Age

Small and Medium Businesses have traditionally been a hard business to tackle for operators: they have business expectations but residential budgets, they are a mass market that hopes for direct interaction. The deployment of fiber-rich networks however is an opportunity to revisit the relationship between operators and SMBs as the combination of broadband and cloud allows operators to considerably expand the scope of their offers. This workshop primarily targeted at operators will flesh out that opportunity, examine ways to implement it both in terms of service offerings and in terms of distribution strategies.
